If the arresting agency was Martinsburg Police, West Virginia State Police, or another agency, the records request may need to go there instead of BCSO. Jail custody and arresting-agency records are not the same file.
Berkeley County Mugshot Removal
The West Virginia booking-photo statute creates a removal duty for certain law-enforcement social-media posts.
